Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note: Certain items such as underwear, innerwear, and other intimate clothing are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Several types of clothing items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Underwear, innerwear, and intimate clothing.
- Items damaged by misuse or wear.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will receive a notification via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7-14 days.
- Since we are resellers of Meesho, the refund process may take additional time, as we depend on third-party handling for returns and refunds.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@the99tree.com and send the item to: {physical address}.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
